This movie is honestly the one of the funniest things I have watched. In it, Benjamin Berry (Matthew McConaughey) and Andie Anderson (Kate Hudson) start a relationship after meeting in a bar. However, Ben took a bet saying that he will make a woman fall in love with him in ten days, and Andie is writing an article on how to lose a guy in ten days. In this hilarious battle against these two relentless people, we learn that true love triumphs all. This is a perfect movie for Valentine’s Day.
5.) Silver Linings Playbook
This Oscar-winning performance is bound to make you cry and laugh with equal amounts of feeling. Pat (Bradley Cooper) gets released from a mental institution after an incident with his now ex-wife. Tiffany (Jennifer Lawrence) comes from a problematic relationship and is known to be promiscuous in the town. When they meet, they’re almost like two perfectly-fitting puzzle pieces. However, he’s still insanely in love with his old wife, and Tiffany has problems of her own. However, after she forces him into being her partner for a dance competition, their chemistry is undeniable. This movie is a beautiful romance that teaches everyone that love isn’t perfect.
